WebJan 13, 2010 · Next tighten 2 or 3 screws down against the ring. Don't crank them down yet, just tight enough to hold the ring down so that the tire won't pop out. If any area of the bead isn't in place properly, you'll see it. Simply back the screws out a bit and correct the problem. From here you'll want to bring the remaining screws down to ring level ... If you are using a No-Mar or similar tire changing platform you probably use a mount tool and something to hold the bead down at the starting point, or nearby. The tool may also prevent the tire from turning on the rim as you work the mount bar around. No-Mar calls their tool for this a "Yellow Thing."

I recommend pulling the rings off yourself and then you can either get a beadbuster tool or take them to a tire shop to have the inside bead broken and the tires removed.
