I'm on Feerous Fumarate 210mgs 1-2 times a day due to IBS issues my belly can't handle 3 and I'm on Folic Acid 5mgs once a day and my breathlessness is driving me mad and like you I have a good day or a few good days then bam feel all tired and no energy.
