WebNo, for some reason the flamer attachment is still considered rifleman. The auto barrel might be considered commando though. Btw it’s worth it. A good enclave flamer build is ridiculous. Definitely requires rifleman though. If you don’t want to go through the hassle of getting a proper enclave flamer first try the normal plasma rifle.

Due to the extremely high cost of repair and ammo maintenance you'd be far better off with a railway rifle for any common foe.
