The Six Figure Workshop

Anya Romanova was at a point in her business where launching an online course made sense, but the sense of tech-overwhelm was keeping her from taking this step.

The client is the creator of The Six Figure Workshop, a 5-module action-focused program to teach coaches how to grow their businesses. After a kick-off meeting where we discussed the format and desired implementation of her course, we developed a launch strategy that she felt comfortable with.

Anya’s criteria for this project is that she wanted to start small as this was her first offering. It was also important to her that she have strategy session with potential participants before purchase. She has a large social media following, but no email list. Her goals for this project were to build her list and sell her initial offering.

I developed a launch strategy with a landing page she could promote to her social media groups and a lead magnet as even more incentive for people to sign up to her mailing list. The call-to-action button immediately activated Calendly, her booking software. I used a zap to link Calendly to Zoom, her communications software so that an event was created and that time blocked on her Google calendar immediately. The CTA also kicked off an automation in Active Campaign that delivered a lead magnet, tagged her prospects for future communication, and sent them through a nurture sequence that delivered a lead magnet and provided a supporting funnel to her strategy sessions.

Since the course will be delivered via email and includes in-person support in a private Facebook group, I used WooCommerce to create the registration page and take payment. WooCommerce also integrates with Active Campaign so that onboarding can be automated through the CRM. A system of tags organizes permissions and facilitates course automation on the backend.

Anya is marketing her course with Facebook lives and webinars as well as reaching out to her network in-real-life.
